The opener of our list of Strongest Susanoo users in Naruto is the legendary Genjutsu user Shisui Uchiha. Shishu is the strongest Genjustu user in the entire Uchiha clan. And he is the only Uchiha who can use a Susanoo with just one Mangekyou Sharingan. He awakened his Mangekyo Sharingan. After seeing his friend death in the 3rd Great Ninja war. We didn’t get to see his Susanoo in Naruto Shippuden.

But he used the Susanoo in the Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution. But he didn’t use the full-body Susanoo in the Ninja Storm Revolution. He used a half-body Susanno like Itachi because one of his Mangekyo Sharingan eyes is stolen by Danzo. So he couldn’t use full body Susanoo. Madara is one of the most formidable opponents to Hashirama ( God of Shinobi ) and also the only person who can defeat all the tailed beasts in a very small amount of time. Madara Uchiha is the first character we have seen using the Susanoo in Naruto Anime. And he was able to awaken a full-body Susanoo, unlike Shisui and Itachi. With his Susanoo, he was able to fight with Hashirama Senju for 3 days. And with his Susanoo, he was able to defeat most of the Tailed Beasts in the 4th great Ninja war. 4. Indra Otsutsuki

Indra Otsutsuki is the elder son of the Hagoromo Otsutsuki ( Sage of Six Paths). He was also the founder of Ninjutsu Indra is a genius since when he was a kid. He invented so many jutsu which made him unbeatable from childhood. He received his father’s ( Hagoromo Otsutsuki ) Chakra because of it he got the ability of Sharingan and able to awaken Mangekyou Sharingan. He awakened his Mangekyou Sharingan by killing 2 of his closest friends. Because of inheriting the Sage of Six Paths chakra. Indra can use a very similar Susanoo like Sage of Six paths Susanoo.

Indra Susanoo was able to fight with Asura 100 hand jutsu. And he can also use the Amaterasu which came in very handy to Indra while fighting with Asura. 3. Kakashi Hatake

Kakashi was the only character in the entire Naruto Anime. Who is capable of using one of the Strongest Susanoo in Naruto similar to sasuke even not inheriting a Sharingan from birth. He received a Sharingan from Obito Uchiha before his death. He is the first Character in the Naruto Anime we have seen using Sharingan. And even though he is not an Uchiha. 1. Hagoromo Otsutsuki

At the top 1 of our list of Strongest Susanoo users, we had Hagoromo Otsutsuki. Hagoromo is the elder son of the Kaguya and he was the founder of Nishu. And he is the 1st person to awaken Susanoo and Rinnegani. He inherited powerful chakra from his mother Kaguya. And combining his Chakra with Nature Chakra allowed him to awaken powerful Rinnegan and the legendary Susanoo. Hagoromo was able to use the full-body Susanoo right away.
