My Hero Academia introduced to us a world where 80% of people have superpowers. Which contains Pro Heroes and Pro villains but everyone doesn’t have an equal amount of power some may have super useful Quirks and some may don’t. Like there will be people as powerful as Izuka Midioriya and weak people as Teruo Hazukashi or people with no Quirk at all.

So, everyone doesn’t have an equal amount of powerful Quirks. And so we have some worst Quirks or useless Quirks in MHA too. Which doesn’t make a big impact in fights and we collected all of those Quirks and made 15 Worst Quirks in My Hero Academia. Hope you enjoy them so without any delay let us dive into it.

15. Hanta Sero- Tape

The first on our list is Hanta Sero Quirk Tape his quirk is one of the weirdest Quirks in My Hero Academia. As we all know his Quirk shoots Tape from his elbows and he can use the tape like Spiderman’s web and can swing from one place to another place. And he also uses the Tape to capture enemies.

Which is the only good thing about this Quirk but most of the time Enemies can escape from his tape. Although we should agree that it is a powerful Quirk that comes handy in a fight. But Tape coming from his elbow puts him at a disadvantage because he can’t use the tape all time. Especially in a close combat fight.

14. Kinoko Komori- Mushroom

Next, on the list of the Worst Quirks in My Hero Academia is Kinoko Komori Quirk. Her Quirk is also a bit strange and unique but at the same time, it is also dangerous. As we all know her Quirk allows her to spread various types of fungi in various places. Which later on grows into a full-size mushroom.

The interesting part is she even grows mushrooms inside other bodies too. So she can kill people using the Quirk by making them unable to breathe. It would be a very great Quirk if Kinoko was a villain. But Kimono was on the Hero’s side so her Quirk doesn’t make any big impact in the real fight. Because excluding enemies there is more chance to heroes get affected by her Quirk.

To not get affected by her Quirk heroes should spray an anti-fungi spray. But there won’t be a readymade spray with all the heroes, in the middle of a fight. So there is a high chance of risk to heroes getting affected by her Quirk. Which makes it one of the Worst Quirks in My Hero Academia.

13. Yosetsu Awase- Weld

Well, Yosetsu Quirk is quite Amazing and comes in handy in the fight. But it has major drawbacks to his Quirk which makes it useless in MHA. Yosetsu Quirk allows him to fuse objects at an atomic level and it is effective on both Organic and inorganic material. But the quirk only majorly helps to capture or trap an enemy. In My Hero Academia, we have seen that Bakugo can easily escape from the Yosetsu trap with a single blast.

Like it was nothing to him and also to fuse objects he need to touch both things he want to fuse. So someone has to cover him in a fight to trap enemies with his quirk which falls into a disadvantage in a fight. Even though he had a very interesting Quirk Yosetsu didn’t show a good output from his Quirk in MHA. Which makes his Quirk a part of the Worst Quirks in My Hero Academia.

12. Rikido Sato- Sugar Rush

Aikido Sato quirk is a very suitable Quirk for a hero. But his quirk’s drawbacks and quirk activation make it one of the Worst Quirks in My Hero Academia. His Quirk makes him 5x times stronger for 3 minutes for every 10 grams of sugar he consumes. Which makes him useful for a very small amount of time in the fight.

So to use or activate his quirk he needs to eat sweet food every 3 minutes. Which is a huge red flag in a fight because he couldn’t always carry a bunch of sweets with him in a fight and pause in a fight to eat the sweet food. Also, another huge drawback is if Sato uses Quirk more than a certain point. He gets affected by hypoglycemia which reduces his intelligence, his body movements, and his energy. Which becomes troublesome in a fight. Which makes it part of our list of Worst Quirks in My Hero Academia

11. Mashirao Ojiro- Tail

Mashiro Ojiro Quirk is a Mutant Quirk that is Tail. Because of his Quirk, he has a Tail that acts as his third limb. His Tail is quite useful in a fight because his tail is strong and can smash walls, beat enemies to death, and can capture enemies with his tail. But his Tail is not as amazing as other Quirks. And to use his tail he should master Martial arts and other fighting styles to effectively use his Tail. Well, it is not a problem for him because Ojiro has a martial arts background.

But his fight techniques can be easily sensed by the enemy and can put him at a disadvantage. We saw in the My hero Academia that Villians can easily block Ojirio’s attacks because his moves were all common fight techniques. Because at the end of the day there are just martial art Techniques and the tail is just like an extra hand to him. And Villians can handle it easily. Even though his Quirk is quite useful it is not as spectacular as others. Which makes it one of the Worst Quirks in My Hero Academia

10. Mustard- Gas

Next, on our list is not a Pro hero but his Quirk also falls into one of the worst Quirks in My Hero Academia. Mustard is a Pro villain who joined hands with the league of villains in My Hero Academia. His Quirk allows him to create a sleeping Gas that puts everyone around him to sleep and when he is in the gas he can able to sense the movements of the people within the gas.

Quite a good quirk for a villain but it has a similar amount of disadvantage to it. Mustard is not immune to the gas he produces so he had to put on a mask and a personalized suit to not get affected by the gas. So it is very easy to defeat him, all we have to do is break the suit or mask and he would be easily defeated. So it is not a very good Qurk for a Villian.

9. Toru Hagakure- Invisibility

Next on the list is Toru Hagakure Quirk Invisibility this Quirk is very interesting. It is sad to see such a Quirk in the worst quirks in My Hero Academia. Well, even though the Quirk is very interesting it has a huge drawback. Toru can not switch to visible whenever she wants and so she is always invisible.

Even her teammates can’t see her. Hence, it puts her at a disadvantage in communication with her teammates, and with only invisibility, she can’t beat any pro villains because she didn’t have any super strength or any other Quirks. But her Quirk gets Quite useful in spying, gathering intel, and sneaking up on enemies. But she couldn’t do any big impact in fights because no one can see her nor Villians or Heroes. Making it one of the Worst Quirks in My Hero Academia

8. Denki Kaminari- Electrification

Denki Quirk is also Quite amazing but the drawbacks make the quirk useless in MHA. Denki Quirk allows him to discharge electricity through his body and shoot a powerful blast at opponents. The Quirk both operate in Offensive and defensive fight style. Denki not only can discharge electricity but can also absorb electricity. In the movie of MHA: World Heroes mission Denki observed a full power of lighting.

But as we mentioned earlier the drawbacks of the Quirk make it useless. Denki has a limit to his electricity discharge and absorption and if he exceeds it he goes into a stupor state ( Mindless state ) in that state he can’t think or do anything and he even becomes a dead weight to his team. Also to electrify the enemies, he should physically get contact with them. This is troublesome in a fight he uses a gear to overcome the physical contact drawback but it occasionally helps him. Making it one of the worst quirks in my hero academia

7. Yuga Aoyama- Navel Laser

Next on the list is Yuga Aoyama Quirk Navel Laser. His Quirks allow him to shoot laser beams from his stomach and can smash through concrete and metal. It can also be used to alert or signal his teammates where he is. But to use this Quirk Yuga needs a Navel belt around his stomach and if the enemy breaks it. Then Aoyama shoots the laser continuously and he can’t control it.

So he always needs a Navel belt to use his Quirk and also he can not use his Quirk more than a certain time. If he uses his Quirk continuously. He gets a bad stomach ache and he cannot even move, In addition to this the time limit to his Quirk is small. So he couldn’t make any good impact in the fights. So making it into one of the worst quirks in My Hero Academia

6. La Brava- Love

This Quirk is quite interesting and unique in MHA. La Brava Quirk love is perfect only for Gentle Criminal and La Brava Duo because her Quirk only allows her to boost the Quirk of her loved ones for a certain amount of time. So she cannot use the Quirk with other people and also the amount of the boost depends upon how intense the La Brava love is with the person.

It doesn’t do any good to other people if she even joins a Pro villain or Hero team. and on top of this Drawback, she can only use her Quirk once in every 24 hours which are huge red flags in a fight which we noticed in the Deku vs Gentle Criminal Fight. So it is one of the useless and worst quirks in My Hero Academia

5. Shikkui Makabe- Stifening

Next on the list is Shikkui Quirk Stiffening. Using his Quirk he can make things harder by just touching them and it only works on non-living things. So it is a useless Quirk in MHA because you cannot do anything much from this Quirk. If you are in a fight with the enemy will you make things hard and throw them at the enemy and hopes it hits the enemy? We cannot guarantee that. It will make a hit or not and when we are busy making things around us harder enemy will strike us with his Quirk. and it will be an easy game over. And so it is one of the most useless quirks in MHA.

4. Shuichi Iguchi- Gecko

Shuichi is one of the members of League of Villains and he had one of the Mutant Quirks in MHA. Because of his Quirk, Shuichi transformed into a lizard. But he looks more like a Ninja Turtle than a villain to be honest and. His Mutant Quirk gives him the abilities of a lizard which is just to climb walls and stick to roofs. This is useless in a fight and we have seen how much Shuichi struggled to fight with low-level heroes like wild pussy cats. So his Quirk is one of the most useless Quirks in MHA.

3. Tatami Nakagame- Telescopic

Next on the list is Tatami Quirk Telescopic her Quik allows her to make any part of his body go into itself like a tortoise closing itself into its shell. It is a useless Quirk in MHA that too for a Hero. She cannot attack or defend others. She can only dodge attacks of the enemy and can’t even fight with an enemy until she unfolds herself and the only use of her Quirk is to work as a decoy in a fight. Except for that, her Quirk is one of the most useless Quirks in MHA.

2. Kaoruko Awata- Bubble

Kaoruko Quirk gives her the ability to create a bubble filled with a scent that she smelled before. And there is no use to this Quirk in a fight if she wants to use a foul smell on the enemy then the enemy just holds his breath until the fight is over. And the fight completes quickly with Kaoruko being the opponent because her Quirk is not at all useful when the opponent doesn’t smell it. She can create a sleeping or laughing smell bubble but she has to know the smell of it to create it. So first she knocks out after smelling the laughing or sleeping scent. So it is one of the most useless Quirks in MHA.

1. Teruo Hazukashi- Shame

The most useless or worst Quirk in MHA is Teruo Shame Quirk and we don’t even need a good explanation for this Quirk. Even though Teruo Hazukashi was shown for a very small amount of time for a minute. His Quirk made a good appearance to fans, his Quirk is Shame when he feels humiliated his strength increases.

The increase in his power depends upon the amount of humiliation he faced. So in ep 4 of season 4 in MHA, He gets completely naked to take revenge on his company by getting publicly humiliated, and just in time Hawk knocks him up with his features very easily. So without any doubt, it becomes the most useless and worst Quirks in MHA
